Payments and cancellations
For bookings made directly with Dimore del Centro, full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking, using the available payment methods.
If the guest cancels, the following conditions apply:
- 45 days or more before the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 44 and 30 days before the arrival date: 75% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 30 days before the arrival date: no refund.
The time limits are calculated relative to the scheduled check-in date, according to local time in Italy.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund is provided, without prejudice to any mandatory rights provided by law.
These conditions apply exclusively to direct bookings. For bookings made through external platforms, such as Airbnb and Booking.com, the conditions stated in the respective booking apply.
