Browsing and language preference

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Technical connection data may be processed by the hosting infrastructure. The public site currently includes Cloudflare Insights; its account settings, data use and retention must be reviewed. Your explicit language choice is stored for 180 days and applies throughout the site. We do not detect your location or browser language to select it.

Contact and booking data

Email links open your email application. The date selector sends the chosen residence, dates and guest numbers to the official Smoobu system. Availability, prices, guest details, booking conditions and payment are handled there. This static site has no separate booking database and does not collect card details. The roles of the operator and Smoobu, legal bases and retention periods must be confirmed in the applicable agreements.

Optional Google Analytics

GA4 G-PRGJEDMD0K is prepared but disabled in this review version. Activation requires approval of this notice, verification of the existing Google property and your optional consent. The code distinguishes booking clicks and availability searches from completed bookings. It does not send guest names, email addresses or travel dates in custom events. Retention, provider agreements and any international transfers must be confirmed before activation.

External media and services

Vimeo loads only when you choose to allow and play it; you can remove the player. Smoobu embeds load only on request. Skyline opens as an external link. These providers receive connection data when you use their services and apply their own privacy notices. Their contractual roles and relevant transfer safeguards require review.
